Die M42 for manual and machine threading
Die M42 x4,5 HSS for threading, round. Designed for cutting external M42 metric, ordinary, right-hand RH threads. It is made in accordance with DIN 22 568 from modern WS high-speed steel. Complete notching of the thread takes place already in the first pass, after less than 2 turns - 1,75P. Die the metric ones in our offer are dedicated to both retail customers and large manufacturing plants. They are characterized by increased resistance to harsh working conditions and also increased resistance to any mechanical damage (cracking, chipping, dulling, chipping). Die they are resistant even to high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting. They are suitable for machining metals, unalloyed steels, copper, bronze, aluminum, brass and plastics.
