High-quality TNUN 220412 lathe insert, multicutting triangular, type TNUN 220412, made of tungsten carbide S20, manufactured by the well-known Polish company Baildonit. It is a lathe insert, without a chipbreaker, with the following dimensions: side length l - 22.0 mm, insert thickness s - 4.76 mm, corner radius re - 1.2 mm. The special grade of sintered carbide S20 (P15-P25) used in the production of the insert allows professional fine and medium precision machining. It is suitable for cutting parts made of steel, cast steel and low-alloy steel at high cutting speeds and moderate feeds.
