Modern lath for cutting, wall cutting and groove turning. Type of strip XLCFN 3202 M22-FX. The slat is manufactured in high quality by the Polish company Baildonit. It is the oldest and most stable ,ark on the Polish tool market, producing high-end tools for machining. Slats in our offer are designed for the most demanding customers. They are dedicated both to individual customers and large industrial plants. Slats are characterized by increased strength and resistance. The strips are fixed between blocking prisms. They are suitable for turning and cutting workpieces made of unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and other hard and difficult-to-machine materials. The slats are recommended for high-performance machining at increased speeds using conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.

Carbide insert mounted in the toolholder by elastic forces. The most commonly used tools of this group are double-edged strips type XLCFN...- the best cutters for cutting large-diameter workpieces and making deep radial indentations. SBN holders should be used to mount the strips. The insert should be mounted in the socket using a plastic hammer. It is very important to set the blade exactly at an angle of 90° to the axis of the workpiece, and when cutting parts with small diameters, to set the height of the blade with an accuracy of ±0.1 mm with respect to the axis (an "above-axis" setting is more favorable). Feed coolant generously directly to the cutting edge during machining.
