SYSTEM "M" - negative blade geometry.
Double-sided interchangeable inserts (the angle of application of the insert equal to 0°) are fixed with a pin on the surface of the cylindrical bore and pressure from above on the contact surface.
Turning tool PCBNL 32x32-19 with inserts clamped in the "M" system is the best choice for efficient machining, both roughing and finishing, requiring the highest rigidity and stability of insert clamping. PCBNL 32x32-19 folding cut ters are used for external turning and boring of holes with large diameters (above 25 mm). The "M" system is characterized by a very high repeatability of the blade position, no loose clamping elements.
