Pointed boring knife 16x16 K10
Professional turning tool NNWb, size 16x16 - pointed boring bar for undercutting and blind boring. Manufactured in accordance with ISO 9, DIN 4974 with the use of H10/K10 carbide inserts. It is a grade designed for high-performance machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials. These include various grades of cast iron (with a hardness of about 400 HB, ductile, with localized hardening), austenitic steel, copper and its alloys, aluminum and aluminum-silicon alloys, porcelain, stone, glass and other non-metallic materials giving a short chip. The 16x16 pointed boring knives in our range are very hard and durable. They are distinguished by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions and also increased resistance to abrasion under high temperatures. They are also characterized by a longer service life, which affects the possibility of reducing machining costs. The knives are dedicated to retail customers and large manufacturing plants. They are suitable for both conventional and numerical control machine tools - CNC.
