The grade is designed for fine and medium precision machining of stall 1 steel at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds.
Professional turning tool for internal threads 25x25 for internal threads. This is a right-hand cutter, size 25x25, for internal threads with an angle of 60 degrees. Made in accordance with ISO 13 standard, the knife has carbide multi-cutting inserts. The type of carbides used is S30/P30. Thanks to the properties of these carbides, the turning knives we offer are distinguished by above-average resistance to severe cutting conditions, including high temperature. In addition, they are characterized by increased hardness and durability. They can be used for professional medium fine and coarse machining of steel, cast steel and cast steel with impurities. The knives are designed for machining performed at medium and low cutting speeds, as well as at significant cross sections of the cut layer. The 25x25 internal thread turning knives in question are suitable for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
