A modern angle cutter for amateur and industrial multi-batch machining. Type of milling cutter NFKc 64/60. It is a right-angled, right-hand cutting, asymmetrical milling cutter, conforming to the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 1823. It is designed for simultaneous milling of two narrow inclined surfaces, as well as two coupled flat surfaces. The highlight of the cutter is that it is manufactured from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). Thanks to this, the cutter can withstand very difficult cutting conditions and is resistant to abrasion under high temperatures. It is suitable for milling at medium and high speeds. The properties of HSS also affect the possibility of cutting very hard and hard-to-machine materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. They can be used for various types of conventional machine tools (milling machines, lathes), as well as for computer numerical control machine tools in CNC technology.
