Dovetail cutter 75 degree Fi 100 single-sided, asymmetrical with radius. Designed for simultaneous milling of two narrow coupled flat surfaces or single narrow inclined flat surfaces
High-quality angle cutter, type NFKc, dimensions 100/75 (outer diameter 100 mm, corner angle 75 mm). This is an asymmetrical angle disc cutter, one-sided with a radius, right-handed. It is suitable for simultaneous milling of two narrow surfaces joined together or for two narrow inclined surfaces. It is made in accordance with DIN 1823. Dovetail cutter 75 degree 100 is produced from special HSS high-speed steel. This is a steel with above-average cutting properties, increasing the technical parameters of the made tools. HSS milling cutters are resistant to heavy cutting conditions designed for high-performance machining of even very hard and hard-to-machine materials of the P1.2 class - P1.3. These are m.in. carbon steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, heat-hardening plastics. They are recommended for conventional and numerical control machine tools.
