High-quality angle cutter, type NFKc, dimensions 100/75 (outer diameter 100 mm, corner angle 75 mm). This is an asymmetrical angle disc cutter, one-sided with radius, right-handed. It is suitable for simultaneous milling of two narrow surfaces joined together or for two narrow inclined surfaces. It is made in accordance with DIN 1823. The 75-degree fi 100 angle cutter is produced from special HSS high-speed steel. This is a steel with above-average cutting properties, increasing the technical parameters of the tools made. HSS milling cutters are resistant to heavy cutting conditions designed for high-performance machining of even very hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3. class These are m.in. carbon steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, heat-hardening plastics. They are recommended for conventional and numerical control machine tools.
