Modern M39 long machine tapping threader NGMf for nuts, general purpose for cutting ordinary metric threads, type M, diameter 39 mm, ISO DIN-13, with shank extended type NGMf for threading nuts. Tolerance field of the threads made ISO2 (6H). The metric machine threaders we offer are made in accordance with DIN 357. They are suitable for machining hard materials included in the class P1.2 - P1.3. This is unalloyed steel (carbon), metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoplastics. TheM39 metricmachine long threaders in question are produced from HSS high-speed steel, which influences a significant increase in machining efficiency, increased precision, as well as increased resistance of the blade to breaking, cracking, chipping, breaking out and dulling. The machine threaders in question are characterized by high quality workmanship and thus long service life.
