Involute gear cutter M2.5 set of8 pieces is a complete set of precision cutting tools designed for machining gears with a module of 2.5. The set includes eight milling cutters numbered NR1-NR8, which allow milling of external serrations with different number of teeth, providing full coverage of needs in production and regeneration processes.
The tools are made of HSS high-speed steel, which guarantees high wear resistance and long service life. Each cutter has staggered blades and is designed with a 20° buttress angle for a smooth surface and precise reproduction of the involute outline. The set is NFMa-compliant and will work well in professional workshops and manufacturing plants.
