Hand tapping machineM56 x5,5 HSS - a professional set of three hand tappers (pre-tapping, ripper, finisher), designed for complete making metric standard threads type M, section 56 mm. The threaders are in accordance with DIN 352, ISO DIN-13.They can be used to thread through-holes and blind holes, and a special knob is required for operation. The individual threaders have a nut: initial- 8P, proper- 4P and final 2P), and threading is carried out in three consecutive working steps. The advantage of the threaders we offer is that they are manufactured from modern HSS (High Speed Steel).
The properties of this steel increase the efficiency of machining, make it possible to work in difficult conditions, as well as increase the resistance of the thread cutters' blades to possible mechanical damage occurring during the cutting of hard and hard-to-machine materials such as metals, unalloyed steel, nonferrous metals, plastics, metal alloys.
