Hand tapsM11x0.75 fine-coil HSS - a set of two professional hand taps for cutting metric fine-coil threads type M 11x0.75 with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. They are made according to the standards of DIN 2181, the tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2 (6H). They are designed for threading through-holes and blind holes in workpieces made of hard and hard-to-machine materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3 (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, aluminum alloys giving short chips, thermoplastics). These types of M11x0.75 fine-coil hand taps are characterized by very high quality workmanship, which makes them suitable for both amateur handwork and small batch production realized in large workshops and plants. The advantage of M11x0.75 hand taps is their high resistance to difficult machining conditions. This is mainly due to the use of modern high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel) in their production. Its properties result in the ability to increase cutting efficiency, maintain high machining accuracy, as well as increase the strength of the taps and the resistance of their blades to possible fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping and other mechanical damage. The tools are manufactured by FRA.
