End mill 20 Morse taper
Morse 20 taper shank milling cutter. NFPc DIN 1862 finishing burrs are right-hand cylindrical milling cutters with Morse taper shank. Thanks to the use of Morse taper, it is possible to use these milling cutters at much higher loads than with cylindrical shank made of high-quality HSS. They have a shank made in accordance with DIN 228-A and the spiral angle of the blade L=30 deg. They are ideal for roughing ordinary and hard-to-machine materials.
Used for face and peripheral milling. The well-balanced core of the cutter minimizes deflection and notching of the work surface. The advantage of using such cutters is that the axial forces occurring on both parts of the cutter cancel each other out. Morse 20 taper burrs are characterized by high toughness (high edge stability and resistance to chipping) and high durability. Dry operation as well as with coolant is possible.
