Folding drill 30 3D
3D Fi 30 fold ing drill made by the Korean company Varel for 2 WCM multi-cutting inserts. 050308. The maximum depth of drilling is 90 mm. Folding drill fi 30 is ideal for fast drilling thanks to which machining time is saved up to 35 times in comparison with HSS drill. It is very suitable for roughing (instead of milling)
High-end folding drill 30 3D dedicated to high-performance machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials. Folding drills in our offer are designed to prove holes with a diameter of 30 mm and a maximum depth of up to 90 mm (30xD3). The drills can realize the drilling process with higher cutting speed and higher efficiency. They are suitable for professional CNC (computerized numerical control) machine tools. The drills have a Weldon shank and special cooling holes designed to remove chips up the drilled hole. They are adapted for multi-cutting inserts according to the ISO WCMT standard, which makes it possible to reduce machining costs compared with drills for non-standard multi-cutting inserts.
