Metal drill 38,5 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. It is a drill for metal, unalloyed steel, plastics, metal alloys, non-ferrous metals and metal alloys. The drill complies with DIN 345, NWKc, and has a diameter of 38.5 mm. Its strong ground cutting edges can withstand harsh cutting conditions and resist impact and lateral forces. The drill bit is produced by the rolling method, from special HSS high-speed steel. As a result, it is characterized by above-average hardness and durability, as well as greater resistance to possible damage to the blades when cutting hard materials. The 38.5 metal drill bit also has the advantage of being able to drill at high speeds, as the HSS drill bit blades are resistant to high temperatures - up to 600 degrees. They can be used not only for conventional drills, milling machines and lathes, but also for modern CNC machine tools.
