Modern metal drill 25,25 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 345. It is a drill with Morse taper shank, with a diameter of 25,25 mm, designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in materials classified in categories P1.2 - P1.3 (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics). The drill has a tip angle of 118 degrees, force ground cutting edges, spiral grooves for removing the cut material. The Morse taper drills in question are manufactured from special HSS (High Speed Steel), the properties of which increase the machining efficiency and precision of the drilled holes. HSS 25.25 metal dr ills are much more resistant to harsh cutting conditions than drills made of conventional tool steel. In addition, the Morse fin drills we offer are resistant to potential fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping and other mechanical damage. They are recommended for conventional machine tools (drills, milling machines, lathes) and CNC (computer numerical control) controlled machine tools.
