Die M10x0,5 for manual and machine threading
Die M10x0.5 HSS for threading, type NHDa with nominal diameter of threads cut M10x0.5. Suitable for both manual and machine threading. It is designed for cutting metric fine external threads. Complete thread incision takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two coils - the nut 1,75P. Die produced according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. The tolerance field of the threads made is 6g. Die is a Polish product, made entirely of modern HSS high-speed steel. It is a steel with exceptional technical parameters. It increases the hardness and durability of tools, makes it possible to increase the accuracy of machining and also to increase productivity. Die made of HSS are resistant to harsh cutting conditions and also resistant to any mechanical damage. They are suitable for machining materials of class P1.2 - P1.3. These are primarily carbon steels, metals, copper, aluminum, bronze, brass and also thermoset plastics.
