The ER11 6 mm collet provides a solution at the upper end of the ER11 system range, allowing tools with diameters of 5-6 mm to be clamped. Its construction from 65Mn spring steel with a hardness of 44-48 HRC in accordance with DIN 6499B ensures strength when machining with the higher cutting forces typical of tools with larger cross sections.
