Turning tool bent, left 25x25 for steel, type NNZd, in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 4972, ISO 2.This is turning tool with a brazed insert of carbide S30/P30, designed for processing materials that give a long chip. Lathe knives of this type are suitable for medium fine and coarse cutting of steel and cast steel. They can be used for machining at medium and low cutting speeds, as well as large cross sections of the cut layer. They are designed for various types of conventional machine tools (milling machines and lathes), as well as for modern CNC (computerized numerical control) machines. The 25x25 steel cutters are mainly dedicated to professional high-performance machining. Their greatest advantage is resistance to difficult cutting conditions, long service life, as well as increased wear resistance.
