High quality turning tool 20x20 for NNZd steel, size 20x20, made in accordance with the latest technologies according to ISO 2, DIN 4972. It is turning tool bent left, with brazed carbide insert type S20/P20. This grade of carbide influences the higher resistance of the knives to heavy cutting conditions, allows to perform machining of very hard and hard-to-machine materials giving a long chip. As a result, the 20x20 steel turning k nives we offer are suitable for cutting after high temperatures. Even in such conditions, the blades of the knives are resistant to abrasion and any mechanical damage. In addition, knives of this type are distinguished by much greater hardness and durability. They are suitable for machining steel and malleable cast iron. They can be used for fine and medium precision cutting at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds, on various types of lathes and milling machines and modern CNC numerical machines.
