High quality turning tool 16x16 for cast iron with H20/K20 carbide brazed insert, conforming to ISO 2, DIN 4972. It is turning tool bent left, type NNZd, size 16x16, designed for longitudinal and transverse turning and edge undercutting. Carbide brazed insert turning knives in the offer of our store are suitable for machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials that give short chips. These include alloys of light heat-resistant and heat-resistant materials, copper and its alloys, cast iron with a hardness of about 220 HB, plastics, plastic masses, wood. The knives in question are designed for medium fine and coarse cutting at moderate cutting speeds and medium to high feeds. The use of sintered carbide inserts improves resistance to high temperatures, and increases wear resistance. The 16x16 cast iron knives are suitable for conventional and CNC machine tools.
