High quality turning tool straight 20x20 NNZa, straight, right, in accordance with the dimensional standard ISO 1. Dimensions of the knife 20x20. We offer you specialized straight turning knives designed for longitudinal turning of parts made of high hardness materials. These include alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast steel, cast iron and others. The knives are manufactured entirely from modern cobalt SKC high-speed steel. The addition of cobalt (about 5%) has a noticeable effect on increasing the resistance of the knives to very difficult cutting conditions and also to any mechanical damage. The turning knives in our offer are suitable for the implementation of machining in very severe conditions, under the influence of high temperature. This allows high-performance machining at increased speeds. The knives are recommended for various types of conventional machine tools as well as for CNC-controlled machine tools.
