Turning tool straight 16x16 right hand cobalt high speed steel
High quality turning tool straight NNZa, for longitudinal turning. It is a 16x16 right-hand cutter, conforming to ISO dimensional standard 1. It is made entirely of modern SKC high speed steel. It is a high-alloy high speed steel with the addition of about 5% cobalt. Cobalt steel is characterized by a much higher resistance to any mechanical damage during adverse conditions. As a result, SKC steel straight turning knives can be used for high-speed machining at increased speeds. Their advantage is high resistance to abrasion under high temperatures (even 670 degrees C) and also resistance to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks). SKC steel knives are characterized by better cutting properties, which affects not only the quality of machining, but also greater working comfort. They are suitable for conventional and CNC numerical machine tools.
