Professional turning tool side offset left 25x25 for steel with carbide brazed insert. This is a NNBf type knife, designed for longitudinal and transverse offset turning. The size of the knife is 25x25, in accordance with ISO 6. S20/P20 carbide inserts are used in the production. It is a grade designed for professional fine and medium precision machining at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds, as well as at medium rigidity of the machine tool - workpiece - tool system. Lathe knives of this type are suitable for continuous and interrupted cutting of steel, cast steel and malleable iron. Left offset side lathe knives 25x25 for steel with brazed insert are highly resistant to tough cutting conditions. Carbide inserts make the knives characterized by increased durability, reduced friction and, consequently, also reduced blade temperature and the possibility of increasing machining productivity by using higher cutting speeds.
