Modern turning tool made in accordance with ISO 6 dimensional standard, designed for longitudinal and transverse turning. It is an offset right-hand side knife, NNBe type, dimension 16x16. It was manufactured from modern SK5 high-speed steel. This is a steel distinguished by high technical parameters. First of all, its advantage is high resistance to heavy cutting conditions, high ductility, abrasion resistance, impact strength. Tools made from SK5 high-speed steel retain their hardness and heat resistance up to 600 degrees C. Turning knives made of high-speed steel are distinguished by a longer service life and thus a reduction in overall machining costs. They allow turning with conventional machine tools, as well as modern CNC-controlled numerical control machine tools. They are suitable for machining carbon steels, metals, copper, aluminum, bronze and others.
