Description
Support plate for lathe knives, it is used to better match the pitch angle of the thread helical line. The screw angle of the thread depends on its pitch and type.
The insert has a camber angle of lambda=+1.5
It is included as standard for each Fanar turning knife.
Use for: right-hand external threads and left-hand internal threads with SER and SIL holders.
