Face cylind ricalmilling cutterfi 40 made of high quality SK5 high speed steel. This milling cutter is one of the universal tools for machining face and side surfaces, indentations and undercuts, etc. It is designed for roughing and medium fine machining. It is recommended to be used for materials giving a short chip such as cast steels, cast irons and nickel and titanium alloys. A milling shank is required for this type of cutter. Possible use for machining aluminum except for aluminum with Si> 10% content.
Modern cylindrical face mill 40 NFCa, right-handed. The cutter is made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 1880 from special HSS - High Speed Steel. It is a general purpose universal cutter. It can be used for simultaneous machining of two surfaces: flat and shaped, as well as notches and undercuts. The cutters are made to the highest standards and guarantee high quality machining. They are suitable for various types of conventional machine tools (milling machines, lathes) as well as modern CNC (computerized numerical control) automatic machines. Their advantage is high resistance to very heavy cutting conditions, as well as resistance to possible damage of cutting blades when cutting hard-to-machine materials. They are recommended for machining workpieces made of materials of class P1.2 -P1.3.
