Face cylindrical milling cutter 80 NFCa made of high quality high speed steel SW7M. This milling cutter is one of the universal tools for machining face and side surfaces, indentations and undercuts, etc. It is designed for roughing and medium fine machining. It is recommended to be used for materials giving a short chip such as cast steels, cast irons and nickel and titanium alloys. A milling shank is required for this type of cutter. Possible use for machining aluminum except for aluminum with Si> 10% content.
Professional face milling cutter 80, type NFCa 80, made according to dimensional standard DIN 1880 N. It is suitable for amateur and industrial - multi-batch machining. It is manufactured from high quality HSS, whose high cutting parameters result in better machining quality, greater working comfort and better cutting properties of the tools. Cutters made of HSS are more resistant to harsh cutting conditions than cutters made of conventional tool steel. In addition, they are distinguished by greater resistance to abrasion, fracture, breakage and even blunting of the blades. They are suitable for machining materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. Recommended for conventional milling machines and lathes, as well as for modern computer numerical control machines.
