High quality turning tool tooling nib 16 x 10 x 100. It is a semi-finished lathe knife requiring proper grinding and shaping. The nib is used to make shaped turning knives, radial knives, boring knives, chisels and others. The edges of the knives are ground and the faces are pre-slanted at an angle of 8 degrees C. The toolholder turning knives we offer are made entirely by grinding method from high-grade HSS. It is a steel distinguished by increased strength to withstand severe cutting conditions and greater resistance to abrasion. It also has the advantage of greater hardness and durability. Thanks to these features, the turning knives in question are dedicated to professional machining of hard unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals and thermoset plastics.
