Arbor cutter 18 long 2 flute for grooves

High-quality 18 long 2 flute burr for grooves, double-blade, NFPg, commonly known as finger grooves, for grooves. This is a long cutter with a diameter of 18 mm, made in accordance with the Polish standard NFPg and the German DIN 327. The cutter is designed for making keyways as well as other milling work. It is suitable for both roughing and medium fine machining. It has a specific design, and maximum rigidity of the cutter is ensured thanks to its short shank. It is recommended for jobs requiring a small overhang. The burrs we offer have two central blades with an angle of 25 degrees. They make it possible to plunge vertically into the workpiece. The 18 long double-blade burrs are suitable for machining hard materials, including: unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), thermoset plastics. They are available in two versions: for smooth cylindrical shank for collet holders and for Weldon cylindrical shank - to be fixed with an additional screw to prevent rotation of the holder.
