Modern long drill bit for metal 20 twist with Morse taper shank with a nominal diameter of 20 mm, designed for drilling very long holes. This is a NWKy type drill with a total length of 320 mm and a working part length of 220 mm. Such a design of drills allows them to be used for all drilling work requiring maximum tool overhang. Long drills for metal 20 NWKy in our offer are produced from modern HSS high-speed steel by grinding and milling method. The technical properties of the drills allow them to work in very difficult cutting conditions, including at high temperatures reaching up to 600 degrees C. The drills are suitable for drilling hard and hard-to-machine materials such as structural steels, automatic steels, alloyed and unalloyed steels, metals, copper and aluminum alloys, gray cast iron and thermoset plastics.
