Professional long drill bit for metal fi 8,5 cylindrical, extended with a diameter of 8,5 mm. It is suitable for drilling through-holes and blind holes in materials of the P1.2 - P1.3. class. Drills of this type comply with the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340 and are intended for professional workshop work with conventional drills, lathes and milling machines, as well as modern computer-controlled numerical control machine tools. Offered by us long metal drills fi 8,5 cylindrical are produced from special HSS - High Speed Steel. Thanks to it, the drills allow high-performance and very accurate drilling. Made holes are axial along the entire length and are characterized by low roughness. In addition, the drill blades are very resistant to harsh processing conditions and resistant to any mechanical damage (cracks, chipping, fracturing, blunting). The advantages of HSS affect faster drilling, better utilization of existing machine tools, the possibility of extending the life of drill bits, and, as a result, the possibility of reducing overall machining costs.
