Professional turning tool straight left NNZb, dedicated to both individual customers and large industrial plants. It is a 25x25 straight left-hand cutter according to the ISO 1 dimensional standard.The cutter is designed for professional longitudinal turning of workpieces made of specialized SW7 high-speed steel. It is a high-alloy tungsten steel, which is distinguished by its higher strength to withstand very harsh working conditions, as well as better cutting properties. It is suitable for machining materials with strengths up to 800 MPa. These include unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, brass, bronze and others. Lathe knives made of SW7 steel are characterized by increased hardness and durability and the ability to cut even at high temperatures - up to 600 degrees C. They are recommended for conventional machine tools (lathes, milling machines) and computer numerical control machine tools in CNC technology.
