Turning tool pointed knifefor steel with carbide brazed insert S20/P20. It is a pointed knife, type NNPe, size 40x25, made in accordance with ISO 10, DIN 4974. It is suitable for smoothing and finishing turning. The 40x25 pointed turning knives for steel in our offer are distinguished by much higher resistance to harsh cutting conditions and increased resistance to abrasion even under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting. The knives in question are very hard and several times more durable. Thanks to the properties of carbides, the subject knives are suitable for fine and medium precision cutting at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds. They are designed for cutting steel and cast steel using conventional machine tools and modern CNC computer-controlled machines.
