Turning tool front left 40x40 for cast iron
High quality turning tool 40x40 for cast iron NNBm type, designed for professional processing of very hard and hard-to-machine materials. This is a left face knife, with a carbide brazed insert. The size of the knife is 40x40, in accordance with the dimensional standard ISO 5. For the production of the turning knives offered by us, tungsten carbide inserts type H10/K10 were used. This is a special grade designed for cutting malleable cast iron, cast iron with hardness of about 400 HB, cast iron with local hardening, aluminum and aluminum-silicon alloys, austenic steel, porcelain, glass and other non-metallic materials. The turning knives in our range are designed for medium and fine machining. Their special feature is high resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. Left front turning knives 40x40 for cast iron are resistant to high temperatures, as well as very hard and very durable. They are suitable for numerical and conventional machine tools. Left face turning knives 40x40 are recommended for all professionals.
