High quality turning tool with brazed insert, type NNBd. It is a side bent knife, left L. Designed for previous, longitudinal turning and undercutting. The size of the knife is 40x25. Turning tool side bent left 40x25 for steel is made in accordance with ISO 3. Carbide inserts type S30/P30 are used in the production of the knives. This particular grade of carbide is designed for medium fine and rough machining. It is suitable for cutting steel and cast steel at medium and low cutting speeds, as well as significant cross sections of the cut layer. The turning knives in our range are suitable for cutting under very heavy machining conditions. Even in unfavorable conditions, turning knives with a brazed insert maintain high technical efficiency, and are characterized by above-average hardness, durability and resistance to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping).
