This type of dies are characterized by high hardness and abrasion resistance, even at the high temperature created when threading at high speed. The tools show good mechanical properties and high resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. Thanks to the high cutting properties of the fine threaded dies in question, they can work at high speeds, at elevated temperatures and in other harsh conditions, and their blades maintain high efficiency and resistance to any mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, chipping, dulling). The dies are designed for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and others.
