Foldingdrill 3D Fi 22,5 x3D made by Korean company Varel for 2 WCM multi-shank inserts. 040208 (ATUM 22,5xD3 WCM. 040208). The maximum drilling depth is 68 mm. Folding drill 22,5 is ideal for fast drilling, thanks to which machining time is saved up to 35 times compared to HSS drill. It is very suitable for rough machining (instead of milling)
High-quality folding drill 22.5 3D with increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions and greater resistance to mechanical damage. It is a drill with a diameter of 22.5 mm, designed for drilling holes with a depth not exceeding three times the diameter (22.5xD3). The drill has a Weldon shank with flattening, as well as special holes for efficient chip removal during drilling. The drills are used for high-speed drilling, which significantly reduces the overall working time. At the same time, the drills allow drilling very accurately. They are suitable for drilling with the use of modern CNC (computerized numerical control) machine tools. They are manufactured by the world-famous Turkish company AKKO.
