Modern metal drill 22,25 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. This is a Morse taper drill bit, made in accordance with DIN 345 from special molybdenum HSS high-speed steel. It is distinguished by increased strength for heavy cutting conditions, as well as wear resistance even at elevated temperatures - up to 600 degrees C. The drill blades are very hard, and therefore resistant to all mechanical damage, including fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping and breakage. The 22.25 NWKc metal drill bits in our offer are produced by the rolling method from modern HSS (High Speed Steel), thanks to which they are also characterized by a longer service life and greater resistance to harsh cutting conditions. The drills are suitable for conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
