Drill 21,25 mm with Morse taper shank for steel designed for machining metal, unalloyed steel, tool steel, metal alloys, non-ferrous metals, plastics and other hard materials. The drill bit complies with the dimensional standard NWKc DIN 345. The advantage of this drill bit is its very high high resistance to harsh working conditions, including but not limited to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees) generated during high-speed drilling. This feature is the result of the use of special molybdenum HSS high-speed steel for its production. The properties of this steel also affect the possibility of high-performance and precision drilling. The holes produced are axial along the entire length and are characterized by low roughness. High drilling performance is also the result of specially ground cutting edges, thanks to which the drills in question are resistant to fractures, cracks, chipping and other types of mechanical damage. The 21.25 HSS metal drill bits are characterized by long service life and the ability to reduce overall labor costs. They are suitable for conventional drills, milling machines, lathes, as well as numerical machine tools.
