Threaded chaser for steel installation pipes Pg 9. Designed for manual and machine threading. Made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22568, thread 1,75P. A special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel class is used for the production of the dies. The Pg-type button dies we offer are designed to increase machining efficiency and improve tool performance for very heavy cutting conditions. They are characterized by the ability to maintain high hardness and wear resistance when exposed to high temperatures up to 600 degrees C. The chasers are designed for professional machining of workpieces made of hard and hard-to-machine unalloyed (carbon) steels, automatic steels, structural steels and other materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. They are mainly dedicated to large factories and locksmith workshops for professional multi-batch machining. Their main advantage is high resistance to any mechanical damage.
