Insert the collet into the nut at an angle and engage its groove with the eccentric retaining ring. Press the collet in fully, fit the nut onto the holder, and tighten it with the designated wrench.
Each size is identified by its external dimensions: ER11 measures 11.5×18 mm, ER16 measures 17×28 mm, ER20 measures 21×31 mm, ER25 measures 26×34 mm, ER32 measures 33×40 mm, and ER40 measures 41×46 mm. The size designation appears on the body in accordance with DIN 6499.
