Turning tool NNZa, straight right 16x16 for cast iron for professional longitudinal turning. Knife size 16x16. We offer you high quality straight turning knives with brazed carbide insert grade H10/K10. They are made in accordance with ISO 1, DIN 4971, and are characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions, including resistance to high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. In addition, turning knives of this type are distinguished by increased abrasion resistance and resistance to any mechanical damage. The knives also have the advantage of increased hardness and longer service life. Turning knives 16x16 for cast iron of this type are designed for machining hard austenitic steel, aluminum and aluminum-silicon alloys, glass, porcelain and various grades of cast iron: malleable, with local hardening and with increased hardness of approx. 400 HB. They are suitable for fine and medium precision cutting on conventional machine tools and modern computer-controlled numerical control machines.
