The knife is manufactured from special SW7 high-speed steel. It is a high-grade steel characterized by high hardness and durability. It also has the advantage of high resistance to abrasive wear and improved ability to cut hard materials at elevated temperatures. This allows cutting at high speeds, during which increased temperatures are generated - up to 600 degrees.
