Their properties significantly increase the hardness of the knives and extend their service life. In addition, turning knives with a carbide insert can be used for machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials, even in very harsh conditions. They are resistant to abrasion even when exposed to high temperatures, and they are also resistant to machine vibration. The turning knives we offer are suitable for machining steel, cast steel and malleable iron. They can be used for fine and medium precision cutting at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds. The 50x32 right-hand chisel turning knives are suitable for both conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
