Turning chuck100 3 jaw model 3204 embedment according to DIN 6350. Compatible with parts from Bison-Bial. The lathe chuck 100 set includes a set of uniform external and internal jaws.
The ground working surfaces ensure longer service life with accuracy and repeatability. The lathe chuck 100 is mounted in the machine tool spindle by means of a driver disc on the back of the chuck
The lathe chuck100 self-centering is characterized by the fact that when tightening with a wrench, the sockets of their jaws descend evenly (concentrically) to the center of the chuck, and when unscrewing in the opposite direction, they also spread concentrically. They are primarily used for clamping workpieces with regular shapes (cylindrical, square, hexagonal). These lathe chucks 100 are widely used in unit and small batch production.
