The professional circular saw blades 80 x2.5 mm Globus NFTe mounted disc cutter has a working diameter of 80 mm, a width of 2.5 mm, with 32 teeth and a cylindrical bore shank. The cutter is suitable for cutting profiles, cutting through pipes, milling narrow grooves, grooves and recesses. The mounted disc (ball) cutters in our store are made with the highest precision from high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a steel with a balanced chemical composition, characterized by high cutting parameters. HSS 80-flush disc milling cutters are resistant to fracture, cracking, chipping, splintering, breaking out and other mechanical damage. The cutters are also resistant to abrasive wear, allowing them to mill hard and hard-to-machine materials even at high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). They are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, alloyed steels, cast steel, gray iron, metals, nonferrous metals and metal alloys. Cutters recommended for conventional and CNC machine tools.
