Long machine tapping M4

Modern M4 machine long threader NGMf for nuts recommended for cutting metric threads, type M, diameter 3 mm. It has an angle of 60 degrees, and the tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2-6H. It is made to the highest standards, according to the dimensional standard DIN 357, and is dedicated to both individual customers and large industrial plants. It is suitable for cutting very hard and hard-to-machine materials such as unalloyed and alloyed steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast steel and cast iron (ductile, malleable, gray). The M4 long machine taps in our store are made entirely of modern HSSE high-speed steel, the composition of which has been enriched with about 5% cobalt. This element significantly increases the hardness of the taps, as well as their resistance to very difficult cutting conditions. HSSE taps are suitable for high-performance and high-precision machining. They are resistant to high temperatures - even 670 degrees C.
