Clamping SYSTEM "T" - positive or negative blade geometry.

Interchangeable inserts single-sided (insert application angle equal to 11°) or double-sided (insert application angle equal to 0°), square and triangular, with a flat contact surface, clamped on the contact surface by means of a screw head pressing the insert through a chipbreaker made of tungsten carbide laid on it. S25 TTUNR knives with inserts clamped in the "T" system are used for roughing (negative geometry) and finishing (positive geometry) of external surfaces and holes (positive geometry).

The "T" system is characterized by easy insert change and good repeatability of the blade position. The superimposed chipbreaker makes clamping more difficult, but gives the possibility to adjust the position of the chipbreaker edge.
