Turning tool folding boring bar S25 MWLNR 25X25 08 AKKO for multi-shank insert WNM. 0804rr. Insert clamping system - "M ". SYSTEM "M" - negative blade geometry. Double-sided replaceable inserts (the angle of application of the insert equal to 0°) are fixed with a pin on the surface of the cylindrical bore and pressure from above on the contact surface. Knives with inserts clamped in the "M" system are the best choice for efficient machining, both roughing and finishing, requiring the highest rigidity and stability of insert clamping. They are used for external turning and boring of holes with large diameters (above 25 mm). The "M" system is characterized by very high repeatability of the blade position, no loose clamping elements.
